Saying Goodbye : A reciprocal  journey of connection with the Fellows at the Story Garden

After 6 years, the story garden, is ready for its final move.  Goodbye and memories were interwoven in a reciprocal  journey of connection with the Fellows, young adults who have been part of Global Generation for many years and the pulsing heart of the charity.

Paper was made  from recycled materials, including old journals that fellows wrote when they were younger and plants from within  and around the Story Garden.

A series of vistas were chosen by the group for slow looking using Visual Thinking Strategies and for new discoveries, allowing for group meanings, memories, and personal connections to each other’s, the past and the natural world andConnecting to gratitude.

Personal reflections were written on the  papers and offerings were made, with words buried in soil and structures of the Story Garden.
