An installation commissioned by The Iranian Women’s Working Group for their conference at School for African and Oriental Studies.  Hafez poetry is known for its difficulty in capturing the correct translation. A moment of a Kulabi dance is extended, (Kulabi traditional to Afghanistan and Iran). The footage was originally shot on film and transferred again and again to VHS until the colour distortion started.
