In a neighbourhood of property speculation and financialisation, the Fitzrovia Neighbourhood Association is the only building that had scaffolding on the inside, helping to hold it up. This centre had a 44 year history. This playful montage was made as a consequence from discussions instigated with the participants ofthe ‘Stitching The Community Together’ sewing and connecting class. It was shown, and generated discussion, about the future of the neighbourhood, at FNA’s AGM in the year they had to close their doors for the last time because of increased rent of the neighbourhood.
